Spare Parts Stockholding
To support a streamlined repair process, including first fix KPI’s, Drive Medical Service hold over £1 million of key spare parts in stock, across service centres and our Head Office in Halifax. For peace of mind we provide a 12 months warranty on repairs and parts.

Tools and Resources
All our Service Technicians are equipped with the resources and tools they need to fully support all products covered, both Drive Medical and other equipment manufacturers.

Repairs
Our service division operates 24/7 to support customer requirements both in and out of hours, with guaranteed response times backed up by 24/7 customer service and technical support. Our aim is always to minimise equipment downtime and reduce disruption for the patient and carer.

Quality and Compliance
Our service centre processes are embedded within Drive Medical Service’s established quality standards to ISO 9001 levels and to environmental standard ISO 14001. Medical device electrical safety testing compliant to IEC 62353 is also available.
CQC Standards
Regulation 15: Premises and equipment
The Care Quality Commission, regulations for service providers have laid out a framework which will support and guide care providers in meeting the legal requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Not complying with these standards can lead to sanctions, legal proceedings and ultimately the closure of a provider.
