Drive Medical manufactures has three UK manufacturing sites and where possible we source materials and components from local suppliers. We are proud to manufacture in the UK, supporting the local economy; but also being able to provide short lead times from order through to supply.
Quality, Expertise and Care
Our main manufacturing site is in Yorkshire, modern and highly efficient equipped with the very latest high technology production equipment such as advanced laser tube cutting machinery and robot welders as well as sophisticated finishing processes.
Our manufacturing facility is staffed by a highly skilled and dedicated workforce, giving us total control over product quality at every stage of the production process.
Our systems are designed around flexibility, enabling us to manage high volumes alongside the production of more bespoke products to meet individual customer requirements. In line with our commitment to making it better, our manufacturing processes are focused on delivering quality, accuracy and consistency every time, for every product.
Supporting the UK Economy
We stock all critical spare parts and accessories in the UK to ensure that product downtime is kept to a minimum during service, maintenance and repairs. With a nationwide logistics network, we aim to support customers swiftly.
Our beds such as the highly-regarded Innov8 and Solite range are manufactured in our modern and highly efficient production site in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Our modern, world class facilities allow us to continue our tradition of producing high quality product ensuring we manage waste and minimise environmental impact.
