Service and Maintenance Solutions
To sustain the level of service we pride ourselves on, this can't stop at purchase or rental; our approach is holistic, wraparound care that maximises your investment in our goods, but far more importantly, maximises patient and end user comfort, quality of life and independence. Here are some of the ways we make sure our goods remain safe and fit for purpose, long after they leave our sites.
- Planned Maintenance Programs - These programmes enhance your peace of mind by ensuring your equipment is safe and maintained in excellent working order. As well as extending product lifespan, they reduce emergency repairs and product downtime. Through this program we can also ensure early identification of equipment that is not functioning correctly or is unfit for purpose, reducing potential risk to users and organisations.
- Reactive Maintenance Programs - We will work with you to develop agreed response times to support you with your equipment needs, reducing downtime and disruption.
- Service and Repair - Our highly competent service engineers are trained to service and repair a wide range of equipment from our own Drive Medical products, through that of other manufacturers. This allows us to meet your needs seamlessly and efficiently.
- Servicing Support of Obsolete Products - We offer advice and solutions to help extend the life of obsolete equipment.
- Collaborative - We can provide collaborative agreements that support you and your technical team with training and diagnostic support, including standalone out-of-hours agreements.
- Flexible and Reliable Solutions - All our service and maintenance solutions are flexible and can be tailored to support your priorities, constraints and budgets. We work to ensure that equipment is in optimum working condition providing safe and reliable solutions for users and carers alike.
