Our Service and Technical Training department manage a thorough in-house training programme.

Utilising our purpose-built training facilities in Halifax, supporting internal training and external training, in line with industry standards and recommendations.

This training programme ensures our Service Technicians;

  • Are fully competent with relevant product types and models
  • Comply with internal processes and procedures
  • Have a training matrix used to identify core skills, abilities and training needs

Technical Training for Care and Nursing Homes

For organisations with in house technical teams, we offer structured product training supported by detailed technical resources. Training can take place in Halifax, at one of our service centres or on site, and can be tailored to suit your needs from first line maintenance through to full servicing and diagnostics.

Sessions are delivered in practical, hands on formats to build confidence in fault finding and software use, with professional documentation and certificates of attendance provided.
